When can I register to the MOOC ?
You can register whenever you want, as long as the MOOC is open. You can start to follow the MOOC as soon as you are registered, once it is open. The MOOC will be provided between 5th October 2022 and 30th November 2022, and then again in 2023.
I missed the deadline for the course, is it still possible to participate?

What can I do if I don’t manage to register ?
It can happen that the registration fails and you get a message on your browser stating “Security question Failed reCAPTCHA challenge, try again”. If it happens, close your web browser and try again. If the problem still remains, try with another web browser.
What must I do, once I have registered?
Once you have registered, you must log in on the platform and then click on the “INTERREG” square. It will give you access to the course content – once the MOOC is open : between 5th October 2022 and 30th November 2022, then again in 2023.

How can I register to the MOOC ?
Go on the section “Visit our MOOC” in the top menu of this website. Then click on “register”. You have to create an account by choosing a login and a password. Once you are registered, you are automatically enrolled in the MOOC.
Where can I find the MOOC content ?
Once you are registered, you need to login with the login and password you chose. Once you are logged in, the course appears on your dashboard.

How long does the MOOC last ?
The total workload is estimated at 20 hours. The session in Autumn 2022 lasts 8 weeks, the MOOC will be open without limit in 2023.
Is the MOOC free of charge?
The MOOC is entirely free, it is proposed by the European Commission.
How many time should I plan to follow the MOOC ?
The estimated workload is approximatively 20 hours, i.e. between 3 and 7 hours for one chapter (the MOOC is composed of 4 chapters).
Is there a fixed timeslot for the MOOC lessons ?
A new chapter is open every week. You can follow the lessons when you want, there is no fixed timeslot. You need to finish one chapter before going to the next one.
Can I access the whole MOOC at one time ?
The whole MOOC is available as soon as you register, once it is open. It means that you can either follow the course as it is, one chapter at a time, or go through the different chapters as you wish. However, for pedagogical reasons, we recommend you to follow the course order.
Do I need to watch all videos and look all documents in order to be considered as having fully followed the MOOC ?
You need to watch all the content provided in the different chapters. There is also additional learning material, if you want to go further into one topic. You can get three different types of certificates:
- Statement of Participation – for attendance to 50% of the course.
- Certificate of Achievement – for completion of at least 90% of the course.
- Certificate of Success – for success of at least 60% of the tests.
What Kind Of Certificates Can I Get?

How Do I Get The Certificates At The End Of The MOOC ?
You must click the link “Claim your certificate”. Please be aware that it is not possible to get the certificates once the MOOC will be closed at the end of the delivery time. Therefore do not forget to claim them as soon as you can!
Is the MOOC an official diploma from one of the universities, which are members of the consortium?
The MOOC is not an official course provided by one of the consortium members. The certificates you can get once you have completed the MOOC are not an official diploma issued by any member of the consortium, but are for personal purpose only.
